Cancellation (if applicable)
Afterplacing the order, the customer can cancel the order within 24 hours if he/she wishes to, by e-mailing us or calling us on the details provided above.
In case a payment has already been made, the refund amount will be processed via the same payment gateway which was used to make the payment within 5-7 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
